Part web studio, part internet lab. Performance marketing with an emphasis on SEM, SEO, and GEO, paired with AI-assisted design and implementation. Search goes into the blueprint from day one, not bolted on later.
what this is
This isn't a web design agency, and I'm not the person to build your website for an invoice.
It's a small internet lab. The work usually starts the same way: a real market, a good domain, and search demand that nobody online is handling very well. From there it's practical. Clarify the positioning, structure the site around how people actually search, build the pages, wire up tracking, and put something useful live.
Some of this work is my own. Some is built with people I've worked with for years. The projects I care most about now are the ones built together, where there's real upside to share.
what I do
Two things, mostly. The first is performance marketing: getting the right people to a page and turning the visit into something real. SEM for what you can test and buy today, SEO for what compounds over time, and GEO, generative engine optimization, for where search is heading: showing up inside AI answers, not just the ten blue links.
The second is the build itself. AI-assisted design and implementation means a real, structured site goes live in a fraction of the usual time, organized around search from the first page, with tracking wired in so it can actually improve.
Put together, that's the whole loop. Find the demand, build the thing, point traffic at it, measure, repeat.

about
I've spent more than twenty years working on the internet: paid search, organic search, affiliate marketing, lead generation, analytics, and a lot of domain-driven businesses.
This site is where the current work lives. Small, useful web properties, built with AI-assisted workflows and the same search thinking I've always used, now a great deal faster.
I'm based in Taiwan, travel often to Japan and the US, and I'm not trying to make generic websites for everyone. The interesting part is finding a specific market, a good domain, a real search opportunity, and building something around it that's worth owning.
The thread is simple: build fast, structure it around how people actually search, measure what happens, and keep improving it.
process
Who is searching, what do they need, and what is missing online?
A good domain clarifies the idea and makes the site easier to remember.
Structure, pages, and copy should match how people actually search.
Use AI-assisted workflows to build faster, without a giant production.
Set up analytics, Search Console, and conversion tracking so it compounds.
search in the blueprint
Built for how people search now, across paid, organic, and AI answers, from day one rather than bolted on after launch.
contact
Quick version: I'm not the person to build your website for a fee. No hourly, no project rates, not a service.
What I'm open to is the other thing. Good ideas with a real search or business opportunity, built together, where there's equity or upside to share. If you've got the niche or the domain and it's worth executing on, that's the conversation I want.
I'm also just happy to talk shop. AI meets marketing, building things, where all of this is going. I'm in Taiwan, often in Japan and the US, and glad to chat in English or through AI translation in any language. Genuine interest only. No pitches, no spam.
